Terms and Conditions

1. Services offered

SpanishToni offers Spanish classes (group, individual, DUO, mixed packs) and coworking in Málaga.

2. Prices and payments

Group classes: €200/month
Individual classes: from €45/session
DUO classes: from €50/2 people
Mixed pack: €320/month
Payments: in advance, by bank transfer or cash

3. Attendance and cancellation policy

Group classes: Absences not notified 24 hours in advance are non-recoverable.
Individual/DUO classes: Can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
Cancellations by the center: Recovery, credit, or proportional refund will be offered.

4. Bookings and availability

Places are confirmed only after payment. Groups are small; the academy may modify schedules based on demand.

5. Coworking space usage

Use of the space is subject to rules of respect, coexistence, and care of facilities. Failure to comply with these rules may result in access cancellation.

6. Modifications

The academy may update prices, schedules, and conditions, always informing students in advance.

7. Applicable legislation

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Spain (Málaga).
